1. Paymenta. I will start the commission after full payment. (The payment for commissioned videos can be split into parts depending on the product.)c. Accepted payment methods: PayPal and Banco Guayaquil.d. The PayPal invoice will be sent directly to the client’s email address. For security reasons, I do not share my PayPal email.2. Additional Costsa. 75% of the base price will be charged for extra characters.b. A minimal additional fee may apply for complex details (e.g. complex character design, clothing, weapons, armor).c. Custom backgrounds are available for an additional fee, depending on the client's requirements.3. Work Processa. Progress will be sent in three phases: sketch, color blocking, and early shadows. Each stage allows up to three corrections or changes.b. Simple reference sketches (even stick figures) are welcome.c. The estimated completion time is between 3 days and 3 months, depending on the complexity of the piece. You can request updates at any time.4. Personal vs. Commercial Usea. The commission is for personal use only, unless commercial use is explicitly agreed upon. (Prices listed are for personal use only)b. Personal Use: The user may display the work on social media (including profile pictures, banners, and posts), use it as decoration on websites or channels, and print and frame it for personal spaces, provided these uses are non-commercial. The user may also give the work as a digital or printed gift to others, provided it is not sold or used for financial gain. Any use in monetized content requires mutual agreement.c. Commercial Rights: The use of the artwork in any form of direct monetization, the sale or resale of the artwork as merchandise, or its direct use as an avatar, PNGTuber, or VTuber model is strictly prohibited without prior mutual agreement.5. Prohibited Usesa. The use of the commissioned work for AI (artificial intelligence) or ML (machine learning) tools, platforms, or training, as well as for NFT, blockchain, or any other for-profit platform or purpose, is strictly prohibited.6. Right to Refusea. I reserve the right to decline a commission if it is outside my services or if any part of these Terms of Service is violated.b. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the age of 18.c. I reserve the right to refuse a commission if the request makes me uncomfortable.
